Special Senses: Free Resources

Our senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch, keep us informed about our environment. In this section we look at a subset of the nervous system, out ability to sense.  This is also one of those topics that may or may not be covered in an Anatomy & Physiology 1 course.  If this topic is covered be sure to find out how much detail you need to know. I have meet instructors who gloss over this chapter because it is at the end of the A&P 1 course, and I have also meet instructors who expect you to know ever little piece of information.  Be sure to find out.

Nervous System: Free Resources

Brains, we need them, and zombies eat them. Sorry, me sense of humor grabbed the keyboard for a seconds. The nervous system is in my opinion one of the most fascinating topics covered in Anatomy & Physiology.   This might be why I got my BA in Psychology.  At this point in time you should be feeling a little punch drunk from the A&P class. This is normal, the worst is behind you. The biggest problem student have from this point till the end of the course is burn out.  Here is where time management will help you immensely.
