Updated: Tissues Lesson-Live
The new Tissue lesson is now live on my course site, www.mrfordsclass.net. The lesson contains over 2 hr 34 minutes of lecture videos, interactive exam review, and a pdf copy of notes you can use in class or study from home.

Muscular System: Free Resources
Of all the chapters covered in Anatomy and Physiology I would say this one causes the most carnage. Hopefully going into the muscular system you have a strong grasp of the skeletal system. If you have not started to make note cards at this point in time during your class, DO SO NOW. I can not stress enough how much note cards help during the muscular system unit.
